Return Policy

Any issues with the product have to be reported within 24 hours of receipt of products, with supporting pictures, to buzzhome.delhi@gmail.com.

In case of any Damage, defect, our liability is limited to the cost of furniture paid by the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

 

Several types of conditions are exempt from being returned. Such as wear & tear of normal use.

 

Additional non-returnable items:

Seats, Covers and cushions.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

If the items is required to sent back, it has to be sent back by the same shipping company it was received from and the charges for sending the item will be borne by the sender (customer). However in certain cases such as sending back damaged material, no charges will be borne by the customer (Sender). The charges for sending the new replacement piece will be borne by us.

Refund Policy

Once your report/email is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your problem notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are processed Online. Generally processed within 10 days of approved refund. Payment gateway charge of 3% will be levied on the paid amount, while processing the refund.
